Pen

A pen is used in a Concession to improve the Breeding Skill to gather Animals. It is also the first building that allows for the gathering of Animals, The others being a Barn and a Bestarium. Depending on where you build it you will be able to gather different animals.

Companions can be put to work in Pens to gather animals.

A pen only allows gathering therefore the hero cannot process any of the animals. To do that you need a Barn or Bestarium.

The pen requires a Fence, 15 Frameworks and 5 Roofing (no Rigid Roofing required). The building takes 900 Encumbrance to build.
