From the research I've done, the last owner of Acerui's spear had it divided into three parts. The shaft disappeared with its last owner in some old ruins in northern Huntingwood. I found nothing about the pommel in the books, but I think Kor Shelian knows something about it. You can find him in his cabin in Huntingwood, in the middle of the forest, towards the west.

Acerui's spear shaft is found in Old Eastern Tower in Huntingwood. Task triggers an Alpha Vargr fight, enemies are up to ~30 base combat stats.
Acerui's pommel can be found at the Wreckage of the Rotarian in Seven Mirrors. (Task causes 100% damage to one body part - instant mutilation.)
